Catholic declaration says unborn child deserves full constitutional protection
The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India has urged the Supreme Court to reject a proposed termination of a 30-week pregnancy involving minors, calling the unborn child “fully viable” and describing abortion at that stage as “an act of homicide.”
